How do I order my inserts?

Choose the number of cards you'd like to purchase and multiply by $5.  Choose that donation amount above and click "Donate."  During the check out process you will be asked how many of each option you would like to purchase.  Indicate the number of each card and complete check out.  Cards will be sent to you by mail once we receive your order.
